• Insurances: rates, copays, and deductibles are dependent on your specific plan
• DOT Physicals: $125 cash or check
• Self-pay office visits (initial): $80 in Vernon and $100 in PCB
• Self-pay office visits (followup): $80 in Vernon and $100 in PCB
• Child school/sport physicals: $25 cash (or check if a regular patient)
• Procedures can be done for self-pay patients, please inquire about pricing at time of visit
• For our self-pay patients, we are keen on using the discount drug lists available at various pharmacies. We also are able to collect labs and have them performed at a discount rate for our self-pay patients. There are several radiology centers in the region that have greatly discounted cash rates.
• We accept cash, and checks, (from banks other than regions) as payment. 
• We do not accept card payment at this time.

Insurances that we can accept vary by provider, but we are able to accommodate the below insurances in the office:

• Medicare
• Florida Medicaid (not in Panama City Beach); this does not include the individual HMO plans
• Blue Cross plans (this does not include blue select, or bluecross/blue shield HMO)
