Dr. Leo P. Welch

Dr. Welch was born in Cuba, but emigrated to the United States as a child. He lived in Miami for much of his life, and worked in several healthcare positions. He went to medical school and graduated from the Family Medicine Residency at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, in 2003. 

Dr. Welch trained heavily in procedural medicine, and he is able to offer a broad range of skills to his patients. He has been doing so in the Bonifay area for over 14 years. Dr. Welch works and lives in the Holmes, Washington, and Bay County communities.

Dr. Matthew Welch

Dr. Matthew Welch is initially from Miami, FL, he traveled and trained in a variety of settings from rural to urban. He is happy to call the Panama City Beach area home, where he and his lovely wife live, and raise their three children. He is excited to continue the tradition of family medicine with his father Dr. Leo Welch.
